"It works fine overall, but switching between accounts..."
It works fine overall, but switching between accounts takes a bit longer than I expected tbh. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying sometimes

"Useful, but I don’t fully rely on it"
Shift is convenient when it’s working, and I do like having all my apps in one place. That said, I’ve had a few moments where things lag or don’t load properly, which can be frustrating if I’m in the middle of something important. Restarting usually sorts it out for me, but I’ve learned not to depend on it completely when I’m on a tight deadline. I still use it, just with a bit of caution. The idea is great, but the reliability could definitely be better

"I reached out to tech support about that..."
I reached out to tech support about that issue I was having, and they got back to me quickly. The person helping me knew what they were doing and got it sorted without making it a big deal.

"Finally not getting kicked out"
I’m relieved — it actually keeps me logged in now instead of booting me out every time. Such a small thing, but it makes using it feel way less annoying...

"I was bouncing between tabs the other..."
I was bouncing between tabs the other day trying to find one random file, and instead of going down the usual rabbit hole, I just used the unified search. It pulled up exactly what I needed in seconds. it’s saved me from wasting half my day digging around for stuff.

"Syncs my stuff without me even thinking about it"
I use Shift on my work laptop and my home desktop, the syncing has been SO nice. My apps and accounts are pretty much right where I left them, so I’m not constantly re-setting everything up or trying to remember what I had open.

At first I didn’t really think much about it, but now I’d definitely notice if it was gone. Switching between devices is just way less annoying, which is a BIG win for me.

"I was getting tired of jumping all over..."
I was getting tired of jumping all over the place just to find the tools I use every day for work. After setting this up, everything’s finally in one spot, and it’s made my day feel way less scattered. It’s simple, but it’s been such a nice little fix

"Worked, but took more effort than I wanted"
I got it installed and running quickly, but I still felt like I had to put in more effort than I expected. Nothing was too confusing, just annoying enough that I was glad when it was finally done.

"No surprise charges, but instructions could be clearer"
I appreciated that Shift was upfront about the subscription price and renewal, and I didn’t notice any random charges popping up later. The cancellation info was easy to find too, which is what I care about most with apps like this. I do wish some of the instructions were a bit clearer in places, but overall the billing side felt straightforward.

"My calendar finally feels easy to use"
I’m so happy with how smoothly Google Calendar works in Shift. It just does what I need without the constant tab jumping, which makes my day feel a lot less scattered...

"Finally not cooking my laptop"
I’ve been using Shift for a few weeks now, and the main thing I keep noticing is that my laptop is not being eaten alive by it, which is great. I can have a bunch of tabs and work apps open, and the memory situation still looks normal.

The CPU usage has been way better too compared to when I had everything just living inside Chrome. My fan is not randomly blasting like it’s trying to take off, that alone makes me weirdly happy.

It’s not perfect-perfect, but for keeping all my work stuff in one place without making my laptop suffer, I’m satisfied. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Helps with tab chaos, but I’m a little less trusting now"
Shift did help me get my browser tabs under control. I’m not sitting there with 40 tabs open all day anymore, and it’s definitely easier to find my work stuff in one place. That said, after using it for a while, a few little issues made me feel less confident in it than I did at first. It’s still simple and useful, but my trust in it has taken a bit of a hit.

"Better at organizing my workspace than I expected"
I didn’t expect much, but this has been good for keeping all my messy workspaces together. It makes things feel a lot more organized without me having to think about it too much.

"Way faster than I thought it’d be"
I can’t remember if I started using Shift last week or the week before, but either way it’s been noticeably quicker than what I was doing before. It opens up fast, and jumping between apps feels smooth. I used to sit there waiting on browser tabs to load, or at least it felt like I did, and now things just move along faster. Not a whole lot to add beyond that, it works, and it saves me a little time every day

"Notification settings are kind of confusing"
I mean, Shift is useful overall because it keeps a bunch of my apps in one place, which is nice. But the notification controls are, like, a bit all over the place for me. I’ll think I turned something off, and then, for some reason, I still get alerts popping up, which gets kind of annoying.

It’s not a huge deal or anything, and I do still use Shift most days because it helps me stay organized. I just wish the notification settings were, you know, easier to find and more clear about what’s actually turned on or off. For now, I’d say it’s about 3 stars.

"Really helpful with the Chrome extension"
I was having some trouble getting the Chrome extension to work, but support got back to me really quickly and walked me through the fix. It ended up being simple, and I’m grateful for the fast help. Thanks again!

"Pretty reliable in my day-to-day use"
I use Shift every day, it’s been really solid for me. It barely ever crashes, maybe once in a while if I’ve got way too much open, but that’s about it. Compared to other apps I’ve used, it feels a lot more stable. It’s just nice not having to worry about something constantly breaking when I’m trying to get work done, and that makes a big difference for me.

"The customization is fine, I guess, but..."
The customization is fine, I guess, but I was expecting a bit more. It has some options, just not enough to really make it feel like... I don’t know, fully personalized.

"I got my refund sorted out without..."
I got my refund sorted out without a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated. It did take a little while, but they were fair about the whole thing and didn’t make it annoying. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a bowl of cereal when the confirmation email finally came through. Overall, decent support experience.
